Anna Auer-Fowler is a Tenure Track Fellow in the Department of Biostatistics. Her research focusses on the development, evaluation and application of novel statistical methodology for the analysis of sequencing data. Themes of her recent research include the development of approaches for the identification of copy number variants from whole-exome sequence data, and assessment of techniques to identify correlates of vaccine response in B cells using single cell sequencing. Her research expertise includes statistical genomics and bioinformatics.
