Jonathan Rushton is Professor of Animal Health and Food Systems Economics (N8 Chair). He is a biological scientist with an education in economics. His research interests include assessing the economic impact of zoonotic diseases, cost effectiveness and cost benefit analyses and the influence of food system dynamics on health outcomes
