Prof. Movchan is Professor of Applied Mathematics. He is an expert on Multiscale modelling and PDEs, homogenization theory, nonlinear elastic waves, and has published five research monographs on the subject. He has also successfully collaborated with medical practitioners from Royal Liverpool Hospital and Black Country Vascular Centre at Dudley on vascular models.
